Parsippany New Jersey Robbery AttorneysPolice in Parsippany New Jersey recently arrested three individuals accused of engaging in a drug and counterfeiting scheme and arranging a drug transaction in a local parking lot.

Authorities started their investigation into the suspects after someone came forward claiming to be a victim of one of the suspects. The victim told police that the suspect robbed and pistol-whipped him in Morristown, NJ.

Parsippany NJ police worked with the victim and set up a sting operation. Law enforcement arranged a drug transaction between the suspect and the cooperating witness, with the suspect allegedly agreeing to sell cocaine and marijuana to the cooperating witness.

When the suspect arrived at the parking lot in Parsippany NJ, he was met by Parsippany police. According to authorities, the suspect was joined by the other two suspects when he got to the meeting site.

Police conducted a search of the suspect’s vehicle and allegedly discovered marijuana and counterfeit cash. Police officers also allegedly saw a loaded handgun fall from the lap of one of the suspects.

The suspects are a 26-year-old from Morristown, a 30-year-old from Morristown NJ, and a 23-year-old from East Orange, NJ.

All three suspects face serious criminal charges for marijuana distribution, unlawful possession of a weapon, and forgery. Additionally, one of the suspects was charged with attempted robbery.
