Morris County NJ Sex Crime AttorneysMorristown New Jersey arrested an illegal immigrant who allegedly sexually assaulted an underage boy over a four-year period.

The suspect, a 30-year-old man from Honduras, was previously deported from the United States. However, he returned to the US and was living in Morristown NJ when he allegedly committed the sexual offenses against the minor.

According to Morris County prosecutors, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim numerous times between April 2009 and April 2013. The victim was a boy under the age of 13.

After an investigation into the suspect, law enforcement arrested him. The suspect now faces several criminal charges, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, and child endangerment.

If the suspect is ultimately convicted on any of the sex crime charges, he could end up spending a very long time behind bars. Additionally, the suspect would likely be deported from the US after serving any sentence in connection with the criminal case.

After being arrested and processed, the suspect was moved to the Morris County Correctional Facility in Morristown, New Jersey. He was being held at the jail on a bail amount of $200,000.
