Roxbury NJ Sex Crime AttorneysA man who previously worked as an assistant principal at Roxbury High School in Roxbury New Jersey has been indicted on charges of criminal sexual contact.

The suspect, a 57-year-old resident of Rockaway Township, NJ, was an assistant principal at the Roxbury NJ high school until resigning from the job. His resignation came after he was placed under arrest in April 2015 and charged with multiple sex crimes.

Morris County detectives investigated the suspect and eventually determined that enough evidence existed to charge him in connection with sexual abuse of a minor.

The suspect was charged with a number of sexual offenses, including multiple counts of aggravated criminal sexual contact, criminal sexual contact, and child endangerment. The suspect was not charged with sexual assault because the victim was reportedly over the age of 13.

Now a Morris County grand jury has indicted the suspect on the very serious criminal charges, which means that he could stand trial in Morris County Superior Court.
