A Morris Township man has been charged with aggravated assault in connection with a violent attack in Victory Gardens, NJ.
The suspect is a 20-year-old Morris Township NJ resident and a graduate of Morristown High School. He was recently placed under arrest for his alleged involvement in a shooting incident on June 25, 2016.
The shooting happened during a fight in the area of Roosevelt Avenue in Victory Gardens, New Jersey.
At the time, police arrested only one person. He was subsequently charged with attempted murder and then taken to the Morris County Jail in Morristown. He is being held at the jail until the criminal charges are resolved.
Now another man, the Morris Township NJ suspect, faces criminal charges for allegedly conspiring to assault the victims. The attack left one victim suffering from severe physical injuries that include head trauma and multiple fractures.
In addition to being charged with aggravated assault, the suspect also faces robbery charges in an unrelated case.
