Police in Philadelphia, PA recently arrested a Montville New Jersey man who allegedly assaulted a woman after getting high on LSD.
According to Pennsylvania law enforcement, the 19-year-old suspect was part of a group of four Villanova students who required emergency medical treatment at a local hospital after ingesting LSD. Emergency medical responders transported the students to the hospital after finding them at a Villanova dorm room.
Once the student had been treated for his drug overdose, he was arrested because he reportedly assaulted a woman while in a “drug-induced” state.
Meanwhile, the suspect’s roommate was also arrested because PA police allegedly discovered him in possession of 37 LSD tablets and an envelope containing a substance believed to be marijuana.
After being placed under arrest and processed, the assault suspect and the drug distribution suspect were transported to a Pennsylvania jail. They were both being held at the jail in lieu of $50,000 bail amounts.
