Drug Charges for Montville NJ Man at VillanovaPolice in Philadelphia, PA recently arrested a Montville New Jersey man who allegedly assaulted a woman after getting high on LSD.

According to Pennsylvania law enforcement, the 19-year-old suspect was part of a group of four Villanova students who required emergency medical treatment at a local hospital after ingesting LSD. Emergency medical responders transported the students to the hospital after finding them at a Villanova dorm room.

Once the student had been treated for his drug overdose, he was arrested because he reportedly assaulted a woman while in a “drug-induced” state.

The suspect, who hails from the Towaco area of Montville, NJ, has been charged with a number of crimes, including aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, harassment, and resisting arrest.

Meanwhile, the suspect’s roommate was also arrested because PA police allegedly discovered him in possession of 37 LSD tablets and an envelope containing a substance believed to be marijuana.

The roommate has been charged with multiple drug crimes, including distribution of marijuana and prescription drug offenses.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the assault suspect and the drug distribution suspect were transported to a Pennsylvania jail. They were both being held at the jail in lieu of $50,000 bail amounts.
