Another Morris County municipality in which I regularly appear is Chester Borough Municipal Court. The Chester Borough Municipal Court is located at 300 Main Street in Chester, New Jersey 07930. The Chester Borough Municipal Court meets the first and third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM, unless otherwise noted. Their office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
