Mount Olive Marijuana Possession LawyersMount Olive police recently arrested a woman accused of possessing small quantities of heroin and marijuana at a vape shop.

Police made the arrest a short time after 6:30 p.m. The Mount Olive Police Department received a report from employees at the Vapor Room about suspicious activity at the vaping shop, which is located on Route 46 in the Budd Lake section of Mount Olive, NJ.

A police officer was dispatched to the scene, where he was directed to a 2011 BMW that was parked outside the shop. The Mount Olive cop found the suspect seated in the vehicle and noticed that she appeared to be under the influence of some kind of substance. The police officer also reportedly smelled the odor of marijuana coming from her motor vehicle.

The Mount Olive NJ police officer directed the suspect to exit the BMW and subsequently searched her. During the search, the cop allegedly discovered two plastic bags of marijuana and several glassine bags of heroin. The police officer then arrested the suspect.

The suspect, a 25-year-old woman who lives in the Great Meadows section of Liberty NJ, faces criminal charges for several drug offenses, including heroin possession, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS).

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was released from police custody with a pending court date.
