Police recently arrested a Butler New Jersey man who allegedly distributed steroids throughout Morris County, NJ.
Authorities began an investigation into the 38-year-old suspect after getting information that he was possibly dealing drugs in Morris County. Several agencies, including the Butler Police Department, the Chester Borough Police Department, and the Kinnelon Police Department, collaborated on the investigation.
Detectives with Chester Borough Police Department ultimately took the suspect into custody.
While searching the suspect’s home in Butler, police reportedly found needles, syringes, prescription medication, and multiple vials of steroids. According to officials, the drugs seized from the suspect’s house have an estimated street value of roughly $4,000.
The suspect faces serious criminal charges for possession of steroids and distribution of steroids.
After being arrested and charged, the suspect was taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility in Morristown, New Jersey. The suspect was being held at the jail on a $25,000 bail amount.
