My colleagues and I are pleased to announce a new office location in Morris County at the following location:
2001 Route 46
Waterview Plaza, Suite 310
Parsippany, NJ 07054
(by appointment only)
Along with our Morristown office location, these two offices will allow myself and the other criminal defense lawyers at the firm to service clients throughout Morris County including in Denville, Dover, Morris Plains, and Rockaway. Our six (6) criminal defense lawyers defend clients charged with criminal offenses such as aggravated assault, marijuana possession, and endangering the welfare of a child throughout New Jersey. If these are disorderly persons offenses, they will be handled in the local Municipal Court in the Municipality in which the offense was allegedly committed. For example, if you are charged with simple assault in Parsippany, New Jersey, this is a disorderly persons charge which will be handled in Parsippany Municipal Court. However, if you are charged with aggravated assault in Parsippany, this is an indictable criminal offense which must be handled at the Morris County Superior Court in Morristown, New Jersey. Whether you are facing a disorderly persons offense or an indictable criminal charge, our criminal defense trial team made up of former prosecutors and trial lawyers will examine the facts and circumstances of your case and develop a comprehensive trial strategy.
Our law firm also handles a large number of driving while intoxicated (DWI) cases. These drunk driving offenses are very serious and can have a major impact on your life. Our criminald defense lawyers are among very few in New Jersey who are certified on the Alcotest breath test machine as well as Field Sobriety testing. In fact, three (3) of our attorneys are among approximately 50 NJ lawyers certified in operation and maintenance of the Drager Alcotest 7110, the instrument used to test breath samples for blood alcohol content (“BAC”) in NJ. These breath test readings are used to prove the level of intoxication of the driver. Moreover, three of our lawyers are also among approximately 20 lawyers certified by the National Transportation Safety Administration in proper administration and evaluation of standardized field sobriety tests. These tests are used to establish both probable cause to arrest and also prove a DWI case where there is no scientific evidence of blood alcohol content (e.g. Alcotest readings or blood sample readings).
As you can see, our firm is dedicated to the defense of drunk driving cases in New Jersey and throughout Morris County. Please contact our office for a free initial consultation at (973)971-0030.
