Bloomfield New Jersey Child Pornography LawyersA public school teacher in Bloomfield NJ has been accused of distributing child pornography.

According to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, the 29-year-old suspect was busted downloading porn on computers in both his residence and his workplace.

Moreover, the suspect, who resides in Randolph NJ, allegedly uploaded child pornography to the Internet on more than one occasion.

Law enforcement was first tipped off to the possible sex crimes after getting information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Once authorities had information about the suspect’s possible illegal activities, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force opened an investigation. The investigation eventually resulted in the arrest of the suspect.

The suspect was charged with several sex offenses, including possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, and endangering the welfare of a child.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility in Morristown, New Jersey. He was being held at the jail on a $75,000 bail amount. That bail amount was later reduced to $50,000.

If the suspect can manage to post bail and secure his release from police custody, he will be barred from having any contact with children under the age of 16, at least as long as the very serious criminal charges against him are pending.

The investigation into the suspect remains ongoing. Anyone with information about the suspect or his alleged sex crimes should call detectives with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Sex Crimes / Child Endangerment Unit at 973-285-6200.
