Morris County NJ Sex Crime LawyersA man from Florham Park NJ faces criminal charges for multiple sex crimes after law enforcement arrested him for allegedly producing and distributing child pornography while employed at a summer camp.

The suspect is a 30-year-old man who resides in Florham Park, NJ. According to authorities, the suspect committed the sexual offenses while working in some capacity at a summer camp for boys in Hardwick, New Jersey.

The suspect was also formerly employed at a couple of parochial schools located in Boonton and Stirling.

Federal prosecutors allege that the suspect sent numerous pornographic images to a 16-year-old boy who he first met while working at the Harding NJ summer camp. One of the sexual photographs is said to be an image of another underage child from the camp.

Federal agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations investigated the allegations against the suspect and eventually determined that enough evidence existed to place him under arrest. Law enforcement eventually arrested the suspect at his residence in Florham Park, New Jersey.

The suspect has been charged with multiple federal crimes, including producing child pornography, distribution of child pornography, and enticing a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity.

If the suspect is ultimately convicted on the most serious charges of producing child pornography, he faces a potential penalty of 15-30 years in a federal prison.

After being placed under arrest, the suspect was taken before a U.S. magistrate judge in Newark NJ for a bail hearing. The US District Court judge ordered that the suspect be held without bail for the time being.
