Franklin Lakes NJ Sexual Assault SuspectPolice recently busted a Franklin Lakes man who allegedly committed multiple sexual assaults against three minors.

The 31-year-old suspect is employed as a behavior analyst in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. He allegedly committed the sexual offenses against three of his young patients.

The suspect reportedly engaged in sexual contact with the three children. Authorities have not yet revealed how young the alleged victims were at the time.

After authorities got a complaint about the suspect, a number of law enforcement agencies conducted a joint investigation. The agencies included the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office, the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, and New Jersey State Police.

Franklin Lakes NJ police officers eventually got enough evidence to arrest the suspect at his residence in Franklin Lakes.

The suspect has been charged with multiple sex crimes, including three counts of sexual assault and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Additionally, the suspect is charged with 38 counts of health care claims fraud. According to authorities, the suspect submitted false claims to insurance companies in order to get reimbursement for treatment that he never actually provided.

If the suspect is ultimately convicted on the sexual assault charges, he faces a sentence of 5-10 years in New Jersey State Prison on each count.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was remanded to Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility. He was being held at the jail in lieu of $400K bail.
