Morris Plains Child Pornography LawyersA Morris Plains NJ man faces criminal charges for possession of child pornography after police reportedly found images and videos of underage children engaged in sex acts on the man’s computer.

The suspect is a 60-year-old resident of Morris Plains, New Jersey. The NJ Attorney General’s Office launched an investigation after receiving information that the suspect had downloaded child pornography from the internet. A search of the suspect’s home in Morris Plains, NJ allegedly led to the discovery of more than 100 files containing images and videos of child pornography.

The suspect was eventually arrested and charged with multiple sex crimes, including possession of child pornography and endangering the welfare of a child.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was remanded to the Morris County Jail in Morristown, NJ. However, he was later released from police custody.

As part of the suspect’s release from jail in advance of pre-trial hearings, he will have to pass a psychological evaluation. Additionally, the suspect was ordered to limit his use of the Internet and stay off social media sites.
