According to Hopatcong police officers, an underage drunken driver crashed his car into the front lawn of a house on Geneva Trail.
When an officer arrived at the scene, he found an empty vehicle on the homeowner’s lawn. Around this time, a neighbor pointed out Michael Schikschneit, who was walking back to the scene. The neighbor indicated that Mr. Schikschneit was the driver of the vehicle.
