Hackettstown NJ Possession of Ecstasy Lawyer

Two (2) men are facing Ecstasy possession charges in Hackettstown NJ.
On June 1, a Hackettstown police officer stopped a vehicle for a moving violation at the intersection of Valentine Street and Route 46 in Hackettstown. When the officer determined that the driver, 22-year-old Long Valley resident Nicholas Cash, possessed 15 capsules of suspected Ecstasy, an arrest was made. At this time, the officer found another 15 capsules of suspected Ecstasy on the person of the car’s passenger, 23-year-old Washington Township resident Samuel Grullat. Mr. Grullat also had eight (8) hypodermic needles.
