Authorities recently seized a small amount of “Beast Mode” heroin after police responded to a report of a fight on a highway in Hanover Township, NJ.
A short time before 11:00 a.m., NJ State Police got a call about a fight in progress near mile marker 2.1 on Route 24 West in Hanover, New Jersey.
