Randolph NJ police recently arrested a local man who allegedly stabbed a person over a noise dispute.

The incident reportedly happened on September 15. According to authorities, the 26-year-old suspect was seated in his motor vehicle on the Morris Turnpike and repeatedly revving his engine.
