The suspect is a 30-year-old man from Morristown in Morris County, NJ. He was apprehended within minutes of robbing the TD Bank on South Street in Morristown, New Jersey.

The suspect reportedly walked into the bank, handed a threatening note to a bank teller, and stole $688 in cash. The note reportedly stated that the suspect would use a weapon against the employee unless the employee gave him the money.

Morristown NJ cops arrested the suspect when he went to a nearby Walgreen’s store and tried to make a purchase with the stolen cash.

The suspect has now reached a plea deal with Morris County prosecutors and pleaded guilty to second degree robbery charges. It is expected that prosecutors will recommend that the suspect be sentenced to a term of incarceration of 3-5 years in NJ State Prison.

East Hanover NJ Robbery LawyersAn East Orange man is on his way to prison for committing a robbery at a Babies-R-Us store in East Hanover, New Jersey.

The suspect is a 24-year-old resident of East Orange, NJ. He recently appeared in Morris County Superior Court in Morristown NJ for a formal sentencing hearing after pleading guilty to the armed robbery. The superior court judge sentenced the suspect to 12 years behind bars.

On July 19, 2014, the suspect held up employees at the Babies-R-Us located on Route 1 in East Hanover, NJ. He allegedly went to the Route 10 store and forced the two victims to go back inside the building after closing.

Once inside the store, the suspect pointed a handgun at the employees and ordered them to open a safe and hand over $5K in cash.

The suspect covered his face with a mask, but detectives were still able to identify and apprehend him. He now faces numerous criminal charges, including armed robbery, false imprisonment, burglary, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a weapon.

Long Hill NJ Robbery AttorneysLong Hill Township police are searching for man accused of robbing a local convenience store on Saturday night.

According to law enforcement, the suspect committed the armed robbery at the County Farms store on Division Avenue in the Millington section of Long Hill, New Jersey. The suspect reportedly entered the building around 8:20 p.m., walked toward a clerk, and aimed a handgun at him.

While pointing the firearm at the victim, the suspect allegedly ordered him to hand over money from the store register.

Once the suspect had an undisclosed amount of cash, he ran out of the building and fled the area on foot.

Fortunately, no one inside the store was hurt during the frightening theft incident.

Detectives with the Long Hill Township Police Department are currently investigating the armed robbery and trying to determine the identity of the culprit.

Morris Township NJ Robbery AttorneysA Morristown NJ man and a Howell NJ woman accused of committing a violent armed robbery at a Morris Township house are now in police custody.

The suspects, both of whom are 18 years old, allegedly broke into the residence in Morris Township NJ on February 2, 2017. According to Morris County authorities, the two suspects forced their way into the house and violently assaulted at least one of the residents.

After the suspects allegedly stole around $1,800 in cash, they exited the residence and fled the area.

The assault victim suffered a broken ankle during the attack and had to be taken to Morristown Medical Center so that he could receive medical treatment.

Meanwhile, law enforcement investigated the robbery and eventually located and arrested the suspects in Morris Township, NJ.

The suspects face numerous criminal charges, including armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
