Law enforcement recently arrested a Morristown NJ man who allegedly urinated in the parking lot of a high school located in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
The suspect is a 31-year-old man from Morristown, New Jersey. According to police officials, the suspect was the parking lot of a Hackettstown High School in Warren County just before noon
