Travis J. Tormey recently defended a client against charges of underage possession of alcohol in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-15.
The client was 20 years old and was allegedly caught with a red Solo cup filled with beer while attending the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Morristown, New Jersey. Despite the fact that the client
