A Rockaway Borough NJ resident faces criminal charges for allegedly molesting two underage boys at a shopping mall. He was recently ruled incompetent to participate in his own defense at trial without medication.
The suspect, a 35-year-old man from Rockaway Borough, allegedly committed the sexual offenses at the Rockaway Townsquare mall on August 28, 2015.
