Mount Olive police are requesting assistance from the public after someone broke into a home and stole several air conditioning units.
On Tuesday, an officer responded to a report of a burglary at a residence on Main Street. When the officer arrived on the scene, he learned that someone had entered the home through a back door. Once inside the home, the offender removed the air conditioning units and made off with them.
