Parsippany New Jersey police arrested a man who allegedly assaulted someone with a broken bottle at a local residence on Christmas Day.
The violent incident reportedly went down just before 3:30 a.m. on Christmas morning. The Parsippany Police Department got a 911 call about a fight at an apartment on North Beverwyck Road. Parsippany NJ
Travis J. Tormey recently represented a client facing simple assault charges in the Parsippany Municipal Court. Since the New Jersey criminal code classifies simple assault as a disorderly persons offense, the client was facing up to six months in county jail, a fine of as much as $1,000, and a permanent criminal charge on his record if convicted.
