In a strange incident, Rockaway Township police arrested a landscaper for driving while intoxicated. The man was later found to have heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Police officers were dispatched after reports indicated that a landscaper was acting “suspiciously” while operating power equipment. When they arrived on the scene, the officers determined that 48-year-old Denville resident George Seeley was driving while intoxicated. The officers also found heroin and drug paraphernalia.
