Orange New Jersey Armed Robbery LawyersPolice arrested a man who allegedly committed an armed robbery at a parking lot in Morristown, NJ.

According to law enforcement, the 43-year-old suspect robbed a parking garage worker at the Morristown Medical Center in May 2014. The medical center is located on Madison Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey.

The suspect, who lives in Orange NJ, walked up to the parking lot employee, flashed a handgun, and demanded that the worker give him money.

After the suspect got an undisclosed amount of cash, he reportedly fled the area on foot.

Police investigated the robbery and eventually identified the suspect as the culprit. A warrant was then issued for the suspect’s arrest.

Law enforcement finally located the suspect in East Orange, New Jersey. He was arrested without further incident.

The suspect was charged with several crimes, including robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and a certain persons offense for being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

After being placed under arrest and charged, the suspect was transported to the Morris County Jail in Morristown, New Jersey. He was being held at the correctional facility on a $250,000 bail amount.
